About the Role:
Join the R & R Breakfast Spot team as a Food Prep Kitchen member! In this exciting role, you'll be at the heart of our kitchen, preparing delicious breakfast dishes that our customers love. If you have a passion for food and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!


Responsibilities:
  • Prepare ingredients and food items according to recipes and standards.
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
  • Measure and mix ingredients accurately to ensure quality dishes.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to streamline food preparation.
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to maintain workflow.
  • Participate in daily kitchen operations and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
  • Help with inventory management and waste reduction practices.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen roles is preferred.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment is a plus.
  • Must be able to lift and carry heavy items as needed.
  • Attention to detail is required. 
Schedule:
  • Schedule starts anywhere from 7-9am and ends anywhere from 3:30 - 4:30

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
