About the Role:

Join the R & R Breakfast Spot team as a Food Prep Kitchen member! In this exciting role, you'll be at the heart of our kitchen, preparing delicious breakfast dishes that our customers love. If you have a passion for food and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Prepare ingredients and food items according to recipes and standards.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
Measure and mix ingredients accurately to ensure quality dishes.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe kitchen environment.
Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to streamline food preparation.
Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to maintain workflow.
Participate in daily kitchen operations and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
Help with inventory management and waste reduction practices.

Requirements:

Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen roles is preferred.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Basic knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment is a plus.
Must be able to lift and carry heavy items as needed.
Attention to detail is required.

Schedule:

Schedule starts anywhere from 7-9am and ends anywhere from 3:30 - 4:30

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
