R & R Breakfast Spot is looking for an energetic, dependable Drink Runner/Busser to join our team! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take pride in providing excellent customer service, and thrive as part of a team, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver beverages to guests quickly and accurately.
  • Clear and reset tables promptly.
  • Refill water, coffee, and other beverages as needed.
  • Assist servers to ensure guests have an exceptional dining experience.
  • Keep the dining room, beverage stations, and service areas clean and organized.
  • Stock cups, condiments, ice, and other supplies throughout your shift.
  • Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties.
  • During slower periods and at the end of each shift, assist the dishwasher with washing dishes, organizing the dish area, and completing closing kitchen duties as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
Qualifications

  • Friendly, positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • Must be 21 and older.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds throughout the shift.
  • Weekend and holiday availability is required.
  • Restaurant experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
