R and R Breakfast Spot is looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic Host/Hostess to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for welcoming guests, managing the seating process, and creating a positive first impression while helping ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders
  • Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations
  • Deliver food and drinks promptly
  • Check on guests throughout their meal
  • Process payments accurately
  • Keep tables and service areas clean and organized
  • Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house team members
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and restaurant procedures
Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant or serving experience required
  • Friendly and professional attitude
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in a busy restaurant environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays, plates, and beverages
  • Weekend availability required

Education and Experience:

  • 1 year of restaurant or customer service experience preferred
Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of standing
